With a corporate CV that includes the €9.3 billion RWE-Essent transaction, the £12.5 billion HSBC rights issue, the Orange-T-Mobile UK merger, and the £4 billion British Airways-Iberia merger (introduced to us by the leading Iberian law firm, Garrigues), we showed that we are a “go to” practice for big cap, cross-border transactions.
