Overview

A constant increase of foreign investment into Ukraine and a growing need for transparency among Ukrainian companies have contributed to the fact that issues of competition and anti-trust regulatory compliance are now of a vital importance for Ukraine. As a result, anti-trust regulatory compliance is high on the agenda of an increasing number of Ukrainian companies.

This article provides a brief overview of certain aspects of the Ukrainian anti-monopoly regulations that may be of some help, while considering the necessity of obtaining Ukrainian anti-monopoly clearance in transborder M&A transactions.
