New parental leave and flexible working: details on the latest announcements

Overview

After days of speculation in the media and, in a bid to "to achieve fully shared childcare from day one" of a child's life, the Government has today announced its intentions for changing parental leave and the right to request flexible working. Eversheds provides a summary of all the announcement's changes, including a particular focus on flexible working, flexible parental leave and unpaid parental leave within the EU.
