OECD Anti-Bribery Convention - a review of global enforcement

Overview

Transparency International published its 2010 progress report on the enforcement of the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions on 28 July.

This briefing on the report details the major economies that have succeeded or failed in implementing the Convention, concluding that much greater commitment is needed from a number of parties if the Convention is to succeed.
