Overview
Network Rail has revised the original template agreements drawn up in 2006 for use in relation to Asset Protection and Rail Investment Projects (GRIP).
Following formal approval by the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) on 5 February 2010, the revised templates are available for use and can be downloaded from Network Rail's website at: http://www.networkrail.co.uk/aspx/1606.aspx.
