Overview
Korea’s Ministry of Environment has announced a guideline on enforcement of Toxic Chemicals Control Law. The guideline, which became effective on 3 December 2010 on the date of announcement, provides specific rules of operation for local environmental agencies in enforcing the TCCL requirements regulating manufacturers and importers of chemical substances.
