Overview
On July 21, 2010 the Korea Fair Trade Commission issued its “Guideline on Submission on Economic Analysis Evidence”. The Guidelines set forth basic principles and specific examples for the submission of economic analysis evidence.
As more and more companies submit economic analysis evidence to the KFTC, and the court places greater reliance on such evidence, the KFTC has adopted the Guidelines to provide clear and detailed standards for the submission of economic analysis evidence. Kim & Chang reviews its impact.
