The UK’s Office for Government Commerce (OGC) has published further guidance on transparency in procurement.

This guidance is applicable to all central government departments, including nondepartmental public bodies, NHS bodies and trading funds. The OGC has confirmed that separate guidance will be prepared for the wider public sector (such as local government).
