The UK government has confirmed the outcome of the fast-track review on feed-in tariff levels of support for large-scale solar, standalone solar and anaerobic digestion installations. The announcement comes after a recent public consultation

The review looked at decreasing the tariffs for large-scale solar projects to encourage deployment of additional small-scale, low-carbon electricity generation by organisations, businesses, communities and individuals. The review was launched following initial evidence showing the number of large-scale solar projects in the planning system to be much higher than anticipated.
