Bingham's second volume of Global Infrastructure studies a diverse range of issues and trends in infrastructure investment and development around the world. The Winter 2011-2012 edition contains articles discussing a variety of topics including infrastructure development and finance in the US, the road forward for India and Nigeria and a Focus Report on Islamic development culture.

This issue also illustrates how the solution to the US economic crisis may not be so far out of reach, whilst China, as well as other growing economies such as India, Brazil and Nigeria, may have more of a climb than generally thought.
