The CMS Guide to Arbitration provides a detailed overview of arbitration law in key jurisdictions around the globe. Written by practitioners from the relevant jurisdictions, the fourth edition has been updated to reflect developments in law and practice in the various areas covered.

The guide now exists in two volumes; volume I contains an overview of international arbitration practice and chapters on the law and practice of arbitration in the jurisdictions covered. Volume II provides a compilation of essential resources and materials arbitration practitioners should have at their disposal. It includes international arbitration conventions, the UNCITRAL Model Law, the most relevant international sets of arbitration rules, guidance materials and a compilation of model arbitration and ADR clauses.
