In this briefing, Travers Smith take an in-depth look at the recently published FSA consultation paper which proposes wide-ranging amendments to the Listing Rules. The proposed changes impact on several areas including the sponsor regime, reverse takeovers, transactions, circulars, financial information and premium listings. In addition, the FSA plans to incorporate into the Listing Rules some of the guidance currently contained in its Technical Notes.
