Overview

The Social Justice Policy Group, a Conservative think tank led by ex-Tory leader Iain Duncan Smith, recently published the ‘Every Family Matters’ report, offering a strong insight into family law reform should the Conservative Party triumph in the next general election.

Though some of the report’s proposals seem sensible and are in line with calls for reform made by Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association), others are not.
