The Government recently announced a number of proposals for changes to employment laws. These new measures come hot on the heels of other recent proposals on collective redundancies, dispute resolution, equality issues and executive pay. The majority of the new proposals are expected to come into force this year, however, changes to TUPE are likely to take longer to implement.
