Overview
The latest edition of Eversheds’ Discrimination Law Review examines the extent to which the equality agenda may change as a result of our new government, not least any impact on the long awaited Equality Act 2010.
The first article consider what may change or be delayed in the Act itself, as well as other topics which appear to be on the new government’s agenda in this area.
