Dawn raids on Dutch mobile operators - what do they mean for the sector?

On 6 December 2011, the Netherlands Competition Authority, the NMa, announced that it had carried out "dawn raids" on the business premises of the country's three mobile network operators - KPN, Vodafone Netherlands and TMobile Netherlands.
