Overview

In this post credit-crunch environment, in-house lawyers are under more pressure than ever to reduce spending on external counsel and to demonstrate the value of the in-house team. At the same time, experienced general counsel have never been in such high demand, as governments and regulators clamp down on issues such as fraud and bribery, and companies face criminal investigations.

Now in its eighth year, Legal Week Corporate Counsel Forum has established itself as the premier event for in-house lawyers in Europe.
